Your Sunrise Manor Party Bus Rental Search Ends Here
Partybusrentallasvegas.net is a quote-comparison website β not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not an operator. The whole idea is straightforward: instead of spending an afternoon calling transportation company after company, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that never quite line up, you fill out one form and see different vehicles and rates from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Sunrise Manor, the Las Vegas Strip, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and the entire valley. That's it.
The site connects group planners β whether you're organizing a bachelorette night, a corporate shuttle circuit, a prom group, or airport transfers for a conference β with the right vehicle at the right price. You're never limited to a single fleet. Because Partybusrentallasvegas.net isn't a bus company, you get access to a wide range of options: party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos, all filterable by passenger count and trip type.
Call 702-273-3157 any time, any day, for a free quote β or use the online tool for instant results.

Popular Sunrise Manor Bus Amenities Available
Not every trip calls for the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus built for a bachelorette night typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, flat-panel TVs, and a premium Bluetooth sound system β the energy starts the moment you board. A minibus is the smarter call for a corporate airport shuttle or a wedding guest transfer between a Sunrise Manor hotel block and a Strip ceremony venue, with climate control and reclining seats keeping everyone comfortable on the ride.
For large groups heading to a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center or a multi-day team trip, a 56-passenger charter bus brings onboard restrooms, undercarriage luggage bays, overhead storage, WiFi, and power outlets β so no one has to manage bags on a rideshare or find a restroom at every rest stop. Compare amenities side by side using the online quote tool, or call 702-273-3157 and a support team will walk you through the options.

Sunrise Manor Party Bus Pricing
Sunrise Manor party bus rental prices vary based on the vehicle type, your trip date, and how many hours you need. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200β$350/hour on weekdays and $250β$350/hour on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus typically ranges $300β$375/hour on weekdays and $325β$425/hour on weekends.
A charter bus generally falls in the $200β$350/hour range, making per-person costs surprisingly affordable when the headcount is large β a 56-seat bus at $275/hour over four hours works out to roughly $20/person for a group that fills it. These are planning ranges, not a quote; actual pricing moves with the date, the specific vehicle, and current demand across the Las Vegas Valley.
The fastest way to get pricing for your specific trip is to use the online form or call 702-273-3157 β you can have a quote in front of you in under a minute. Visit the Las Vegas party bus prices page for a full rate breakdown by vehicle.

The Easy Way to Compare Sunrise Manor Party Bus Rentals
Las Vegas is one of the busiest group transportation markets in the country β and that cuts both ways. There are a lot of options, but sorting through them on your own is genuinely time-consuming. Partybusrentallasvegas.net solves that by putting everything in one place. Fill out one form, and you see different vehicles, packages, and price ranges from independently owned transportation companies competing for your business across the Las Vegas Valley.
No account, no long intake call, no waiting days for a callback.
The site is available any time, any day β which matters in Vegas, where plans shift late and groups book at all hours. A support team is also reachable at 702-273-3157 whenever you want a person to walk through the options with you, help you match the right vehicle to your headcount and itinerary, or build a custom package around a multi-stop night. Because the site isn't a single bus company, you're not boxed into one fleet.
If one vehicle type isn't available on your date, there are others to compare. That's the whole advantage β and it's genuinely useful in a city where prom season, New Year's Eve, the Electric Daisy Carnival, and NFL game days can all spike demand in the same calendar stretch. Call 702-273-3157 any time to check what's available on your date!
Party Bus Services in Sunrise Manor
Partybusrentallasvegas.net helps you find group transportation for every occasion in Sunrise Manor and across the Las Vegas Valley β from airport transfers and concert shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelor and bachelorette nights, prom, sporting events, corporate shuttles, and school field trips. Whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network ready for it.

Sunrise Manor Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) sits roughly 20 miles southwest of Sunrise Manor via I-515 and I-215, and the ride in on a normal afternoon is manageable β but coordinating a dozen or more people across multiple rideshares or rental car pickups at a busy airport is a different story. Harry Reid handles more than 55 million passengers annually, and the arrivals level at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 can get congested fast during peak arrival windows. A private Sunrise Manor airport shuttle bus means one vehicle, one pickup point, and no one waiting at the curb while three separate apps show "5 minutes away."
The smarter move: have your group collect bags and assemble at the agreed-upon arrivals door before requesting the bus to pull forward. Terminal 1 commercial pickup is curbside at the ground transportation level; Terminal 3 has its own dedicated commercial lane. For larger conference groups flying into both terminals across separate arrival times, a charter bus can stage and loop β ask about that when you call.
Visit the Harry Reid International Airport shuttle guide for more logistics detail, then call 702-273-3157 to get pricing for your group's specific arrival window.

Sunrise Manor Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Las Vegas bachelorette or bachelor night lives and dies by the logistics β and the Strip at midnight on a Saturday is not the moment to discover three of your group can't get a rideshare. A Sunrise Manor party bus rental keeps the whole group on one vehicle and one timeline, from the first stop to the last call. Typical itineraries run from a dinner reservation at a Strip resort to a club at Zouk Nightclub (3000 S Las Vegas Blvd inside Resorts World) or Hakkasan at MGM Grand (3799 S Las Vegas Blvd), then east toward Fremont Street for a late-night stretch before the ride home.
A Las Vegas bachelorette party bus seating 20β30 typically runs $275β$375/hour on weekends β split across 15 people, that's roughly $18β$25/person per hour, which compares favorably to surge-priced rideshares after midnight on the Strip. Party buses in the network come with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs standard, so the energy is already going before the first venue. Call 702-273-3157 now β weekend nights in Las Vegas book out weeks ahead, especially around holiday weekends.

Sunrise Manor Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus pickup is genuinely one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceaΓ±era β the moment the bus pulls up is the photo that ends up in every family album. Sunrise Manor birthday bus rentals from the network are available in a wide range of passenger counts and colors, so the vehicle can match your event's palette. Popular reception venues in the Las Vegas Valley include Desert Rose Event Center, Angel Park Golf Club, and various Summerlin and Henderson banquet halls, all of which have large enough parking areas for a charter bus or party bus approach.
For adult milestone birthdays β a 30th or 40th that starts in Sunrise Manor and ends on the Strip β a 30-passenger party bus runs $325β$425/hour on weekends, which keeps the group together across multiple venues without anyone worrying about parking at Resorts World or Circa. Call 702-273-3157 to check availability on your specific date and get a quote back in under a minute.

Sunrise Manor Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Las Vegas has added more major concert and residency venues in recent years than almost any market in the country, and parking at most of them is either expensive, distant, or both. Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) opened in 2023 and holds up to 20,000 β but it has no on-site parking structure, meaning groups driving in compete for nearby resort garage space starting at $20β$40, then walk several blocks. A Sunrise Manor concert bus rental drops your group curbside on Sands Avenue and picks them up at the same spot after the show, no parking math required.
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) draws sold-out crowds for arena-level tours with bus drop-off on Audrie Street on the arena's east side. MGM Grand Garden Arena hosts residencies and touring acts at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, with bus and commercial vehicle drop-off coordinated through the resort's main porte-cochère approach. Call 702-273-3157 to lock in a Sunrise Manor concert bus rental before your show date sells out.

Sunrise Manor Corporate Event Transportation
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) is one of the largest convention facilities in the country β 4.6 million square feet across the main campus and the new West Hall β and the parking situation during CES, SEMA, or a major trade show week reflects that scale. Day-of parking at the LVCC can exceed $20β$30, surface lots fill before 9am on peak days, and the walk from remote parking to the West Hall entrance can run 15 minutes or more. A Sunrise Manor corporate charter bus solves the commute entirely: one pickup at your hotel block, one drop at the convention center entrance, and a scheduled return run at the end of your session day.
For executive transfers between Strip resorts during a multi-venue event, a Sprinter van or 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the cleaner fit β more maneuverability in resort porte-cochΓ¨re lanes, less staging time, and a comfortable interior for back-to-back transfer windows. Call 702-273-3157 to discuss a multi-day corporate shuttle package.

Sunrise Manor Private Event Transportation Services
The Las Vegas Valley hosts several annual events where private charter bus transportation isn't just convenient β it's the difference between arriving on time and sitting in gridlock for two hours. The Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) fills the Las Vegas Motor Speedway at 7000 N Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115 every June with 170,000+ attendees per day. I-15 northbound and Las Vegas Boulevard north of the Speedway are essentially impassable during load-in.
A Las Vegas private event charter bus approaches via the designated commercial vehicle corridor and deposits your group near the festival entry rather than a remote lot with a shuttle queue.
For New Year's Eve on the Strip β which draws roughly 400,000 people to a pedestrian-only Las Vegas Boulevard between Sahara and Russell β rideshare demand surges 4β6x by 10pm, and getting a car after midnight can mean an hour-plus wait. A pre-arranged charter bus with a fixed pickup location and time eliminates that entirely. Book EDC and New Year's Eve transportation at least 4β6 months out; those dates disappear faster than any other window on the calendar.
Call 702-273-3157 as soon as your group's date is confirmed.

Sunrise Manor Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Clark County School District runs one of the largest school systems in the country, which means prom season in the Las Vegas Valley is a compressed, competitive window. High schools across the east valley β including Chaparral, Las Vegas High School, and Foothill β typically hold prom events between late April and mid-May, and party bus demand across the valley spikes hard in that six-week stretch. For Sunrise Manor prom groups: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited availability in March and April.
Las Vegas prom party bus rentals through the network cover the full range of group sizes, and a support team at 702-273-3157 can help you match the right vehicle to your headcount and confirm the pickup logistics from your school or home address. Booking months ahead also locks in a lower rate β waiting until March in an active market like Las Vegas costs real money. Call today and get it handled.

Sunrise Manor School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip organizers in Sunrise Manor know the logistics of a school field trip well: coordinating parent pickup lists, managing bus assignments, and navigating venues that weren't designed with 40 students in mind. A Las Vegas school event bus rental through Partybusrentallasvegas.net simplifies the headcount β one vehicle, one departure, one arrival. Popular Clark County field trip destinations include the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106) in Symphony Park downtown, the Nevada State Museum at the Springs Preserve (333 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107), and the Mob Museum (300 Stewart Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101) for older students.
Charter buses in the network include overhead storage for backpacks and lunches, climate control β which matters a lot on a June field trip day in the Nevada desert β and onboard restrooms on select vehicles, reducing the number of pit stops between Sunrise Manor and your destination. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network; note the need when you request your quote. Call 702-273-3157 to get a school trip quote and confirm logistics for your specific destination.

Sunrise Manor Sporting Event Transportation
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) hosts Raiders games, UNLV football, and major events including the Super Bowl and college football bowl games. Stadium-adjacent parking fills fast on game days, and the lots along Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue back up well before kickoff. The walk from the closest general parking areas to the stadium entrance runs 10β15 minutes on a good day β longer when 65,000 people are moving at once.
A Sunrise Manor charter bus to Allegiant Stadium drops your group on Al Davis Way at the stadium entrance while the parking lot queue is still forming. Visit the Allegiant Stadium charter bus guide for the full drop-off and parking breakdown.
For Vegas Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena, the story is the same: park-and-walk from a Strip garage costs $20β$40 and puts your group four blocks from the entrance. A Las Vegas sporting event party bus drops directly on Audrie Street β steps from the main entry β and picks the group back up at the same spot when the final horn sounds. Visit the T-Mobile Arena bus rental guide to review the drop-off details, then call 702-273-3157 to get pricing for your game day group.

Sunrise Manor Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Las Vegas is the wedding capital of the country β roughly 80,000 weddings take place here every year β and coordinating guest transportation between a Sunrise Manor hotel block, a ceremony venue, and a Strip reception is one of the most common logistical headaches wedding planners call about. A Las Vegas wedding shuttle bus handles the circuit on a set schedule so guests never have to navigate on their own, figure out Strip parking, or coordinate their own rideshares in formalwear at 11pm.
Popular ceremony-to-reception routes from Sunrise Manor include transfers to Bellagio (3600 S Las Vegas Blvd), The Venetian (3355 S Las Vegas Blvd), and Red Rock Canyon-area venues like Calico Basin or Springs Preserve event spaces. A minibus handles a 20-guest transfer loop cleanly; a larger wedding party of 40+ is a better fit for a full-size charter bus or back-to-back minibus runs. For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes the right arrival statement.
Call 702-273-3157 to build a wedding transportation package around your venue and guest count.

Sunrise Manor Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Nevada doesn't have a sprawling wine country corridor, but the Las Vegas Valley has quietly built a craft brewery and distillery scene that gives pub crawl groups plenty to work with across an afternoon or evening. Popular stops include CraftHaus Brewery (7350 Eastgate Rd, Henderson, NV 89011) in Henderson, Joseph James Brewing (1150 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102), and Banger Brewing (450 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) right on the Fremont Street Experience. A Sunrise Manor pub crawl bus rental routes your group across the valley without anyone managing navigation or worrying about the ride home.
For groups interested in actual wine country, Pahrump Valley Winery (3810 Winery Rd, Pahrump, NV 89048) sits about 65 miles west of Sunrise Manor via US-160 β a roughly 80-minute drive each way β and offers tastings in a full working winery setting. That round trip is exactly the scenario where a Las Vegas winery tour bus rental makes the most sense: one vehicle, everyone together, no one drawing straws for the drive back through the desert. Call 702-273-3157 to compare vehicles and get pricing for your crawl or wine tour itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Sunrise Manor Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusrentallasvegas.net helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusrentallasvegas.net?
Partybusrentallasvegas.net is a quote-comparison and referral website for group ground transportation in the Las Vegas Valley. It is not a bus company, motor carrier, or transportation operator. The site lets you fill out one quick form and see vehicle options and pricing from independently owned transportation companies serving Sunrise Manor and the surrounding region β so you can compare buses and rates in one place rather than calling company after company on your own.
No account is required, and a free quote is available online or by phone at 702-273-3157 any time, any day.
How does Partybusrentallasvegas.net work?
Enter your trip details β date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations β into the online form or call 702-273-3157. You'll see available vehicle options and rate ranges from transportation companies serving your area, with pictures and package details so you can compare side by side. A support team is available every day of the year to walk you through the options, answer questions about specific vehicles, and help you put together a package that fits your itinerary and budget.
No account required, no obligation, and pricing back to you in under a minute.
How much does a party bus cost in Sunrise Manor?
Party bus prices in Sunrise Manor vary with the vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning reference: smaller party buses (15β20 passengers) typically run $200β$350/hour on weekdays and $250β$375/hour on weekends. Larger party buses (40β50 passengers) range from about $300β$450/hour.
Charter buses generally fall in the $200β$350/hour range regardless of day. New Year's Eve, EDC weekend in June, and prom season (AprilβMay) are the three windows where rates run highest and availability tightens fastest. For pricing on your specific date, fill out the online form or call 702-273-3157 β a quote in under a minute.
Can a party bus drop off and pick up on the Las Vegas Strip?
Yes, with some planning. The Strip (Las Vegas Boulevard South) is accessible to commercial vehicles, but resort porte-cochères have their own approach and staging rules, and Las Vegas Boulevard itself closes to through traffic for major pedestrian events like New Year's Eve and large festivals. For concert venues like T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand Garden Arena, there are designated commercial drop-off points (Audrie Street for T-Mobile; the resort porte-cochère approach for MGM) that keep your group out of the general parking flow.
Always confirm the current drop-off logistics for your specific venue and date β the official venue pages linked in the venue guides on this site are the best source for real-time rules.
Is there parking at Allegiant Stadium for charter buses?
Allegiant Stadium parking on game days is pre-paid and lot-specific β day-of cash parking is not available. General surface lots along Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue fill well before kickoff, and rideshare pickup is staged in a designated zone that requires a 10β15 minute walk from the stadium gate. Charter buses use designated commercial drop-off on Al Davis Way.
The practical upside: a charter bus deposits your group at the stadium entrance before the parking lots are even close to full, and a pre-arranged pickup means no one is hunting for a rideshare in the postgame crowd. Check the Allegiant Stadium bus rental guide for current drop-off and approach details, and verify the latest on the official Allegiant Stadium parking page before your event.
Does Sphere have parking for buses and groups?
Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) does not have a dedicated on-site parking structure for general attendees. Groups driving in rely on nearby resort garages at The Venetian and Palazzo, which charge $20β$40 for event parking, and then walk several blocks to the Sands Avenue entrance. A charter bus drops your group directly curbside on Sands Avenue β steps from the entry β and eliminates both the parking cost and the walk entirely.
For Sphere events, this is one of the clearest bus-versus-drive calculations in the Las Vegas market. Visit the Sphere bus rental guide for the full logistics breakdown.
When do Las Vegas party bus prices spike, and how early should I book?
Three windows drive the hardest demand spikes in the Las Vegas Valley: New Year's Eve (book 4β6 months out β this is the single busiest night of the year), EDC weekend in June (book by February at the latest; the Speedway area books solid months ahead), and prom season from late April through mid-May across Clark County school districts. Super Bowl weekends, UFC fight weeks at T-Mobile Arena, and major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day) also run above-average demand. Outside those windows, 4β8 weeks of lead time is generally workable for most vehicle types β but earlier always means better availability and lower rates.
Call 702-273-3157 as soon as your date is set.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Sunrise Manor trips outside peak season, booking 4β8 weeks ahead gives you solid options and competitive pricing. For New Year's Eve, EDC, prom nights, Super Bowl weekend, and any UFC or major residency week on the Strip, book 3β6 months out β those dates can go fully booked. The earlier you call 702-273-3157, the better the vehicle selection and the lower the rate.
Waiting until the last minute in Las Vegas β where demand is high year-round and event-driven spikes are frequent β almost always costs more.
Popular Sunrise Manor Party Bus Destinations
Sunrise Manor sits at the east end of the Las Vegas Valley, with fast access to the Strip via I-515 and Boulder Highway, putting most major venues 20β40 minutes away on a normal traffic day. Here are six popular destinations where a party bus makes the trip meaningfully easier than driving yourself.

Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV Rebels, with a capacity of 65,000 and a retractable roof that keeps the Nevada heat out on day games. The stadium sits just west of I-15 near the Hacienda Avenue interchange, roughly 25 miles from Sunrise Manor via I-515 and I-215. On Raiders game days and major events, the surface lots along Russell Road fill by 90 minutes before kickoff, and general parking runs $40β$80 depending on the lot tier and event.
Charter buses use the Al Davis Way commercial approach for drop-off at the stadium's north entry. Check the Allegiant Stadium bus guide and the official parking page before your visit.

Sphere
Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) opened in September 2023 as the world's largest spherical structure and the most technologically advanced entertainment venue in Las Vegas. It holds up to 20,000 for concerts and residencies (seating for about 17,600) β U2 opened the venue, and the booking calendar has stayed packed since. No dedicated public parking structure exists on-site, making bus drop-off on Sands Avenue the cleanest arrival option for groups.
From Sunrise Manor, the drive runs about 20 minutes via I-515 and I-215 in normal traffic, but post-show Strip traffic on a Friday or Saturday night can double that. See the full Sphere bus rental logistics guide for approach and drop-off details. Address: 255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) anchors the Park entertainment district on the south Strip, home to the Vegas Golden Knights, major boxing and UFC events, and arena-level concert tours. Capacity runs up to 20,000, and it is one of the most in-demand venues in the country. Strip-adjacent parking for T-Mobile events runs $25β$45 at nearby resort garages, and the walk from most structures to the arena entrance is 5β10 minutes through casino floors.
Commercial bus drop-off is on Audrie Street on the arena's east side β a clean, direct approach that bypasses the Strip pedestrian crowd entirely. See the T-Mobile Arena bus guide for current staging details.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 N Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115) hosts NASCAR Cup Series race weekends twice a year β typically in March and October β along with the Electric Daisy Carnival in June and various drag racing and motorsports events year-round. The Speedway sits about 15 miles north of Sunrise Manor via Craig Road and Las Vegas Boulevard North. On EDC weekend, the surrounding road network is essentially at standstill by mid-afternoon on each of the three days.
Race weekend parking is available on-site in designated lots, but inbound traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard north of the 215 Beltway backs up well before gates open. Visit the Las Vegas Motor Speedway bus guide for approach and commercial vehicle details.

Fremont Street Experience
The Fremont Street Experience (425 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) is the five-block pedestrian canopy in downtown Las Vegas covering the old casino corridor from Main Street to 4th Street. The Viva Vision canopy spans 1,500 feet overhead with a massive LED display, and the space hosts free outdoor concerts on multiple stages on weekend nights. Parking in the immediate Fremont East area is metered and time-limited, and the nearest parking structures (at the D Las Vegas and Golden Nugget) charge $10β$20 for event evenings.
A party bus drops your group at the Fremont Street perimeter β 3rd Street and Fremont is a clean approach point β and picks everyone up at the same corner when the night ends, so no one is hunting for a parking structure at midnight. From Sunrise Manor, it's about 15 minutes via Boulder Highway and Fremont Street in light traffic.

Las Vegas Ballpark
Las Vegas Ballpark (1650 S Pavilion Center Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135) in Downtown Summerlin is the home of the Las Vegas Aviators, the Triple-A affiliate of the Athletics, and one of the most consistently ranked minor league ballparks in the country. Capacity sits at 10,000, and the surrounding Summerlin Parkway and Charleston Boulevard corridors get noticeably congested on sellout nights β which happen regularly in summer. On-site surface parking exists in the Downtown Summerlin shopping center lots, but they fill for popular fireworks games and post-season events.
From Sunrise Manor, the ballpark is about 30 miles via US-95 West. A minibus is a great fit here β easier to stage in the shopping center lot than a full-size charter bus, and the per-person cost for a smaller group pencils out cleanly. Visit the Las Vegas Ballpark bus guide for parking and drop-off details.
